We have a strict no refund policy on free items. The free item you receive cannot be returned or refunded.

One free item per order. If you order multiple free items in one order, only one free item will be sent or your entire order will be cancelled or refunded.

If a free item is ordered with a paid item, the free item will not be fulfilled.
